Biography:

José Juan Lamas obtained the Ms in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica of Madrid (Spain) in 1980. Since 1987, he is Associate Professor of Facultad de Informática of the University of A Coruña. His research interests are in the area of signal processing, wireless sensor networks, vehicle identification and radio-frequency identification. He has also participated as a research member in several research projects with regional firms and he is author of various patents.
