We are pleased to announce the Eighth Spanish Workshop on Signal Processing, Communication and Information Theory, SIC18 Summer, which will be held in A Coruña, Spain, on September 13-14, 2018.

The technical program features a morning session with three plenary speakers: John Thompson (The University of Edinburgh), Iñaki Esnaola (University of Sheffield), and Michèle A. Wigger (Telecom ParisTech). In the afternoon, we will have a poster session for Ph.D. students and post-doctoral researchers in the fields of Information Theory, Signal Processing, and Communications. (See Program for more details.) We encourage all participants to contribute.

To foster social interaction between the participants, we will have a banquet on September 13th at Restaurante Domus.

Poster presentation: boards of dimensions 160 cm wide and 100 cm high (i.e., landscape orientation) will be available for poster presentations.

Registration deadline is September 6, 2018. Please, let us know as soon as possible if you are planning to participate.
