CARMEN is developed by a consortium of four academic research groups in Spain with wide experience on wireless communication and sensor networks. The consortium has been carefully constituted to gather partners qualified to address the development of coding and signal processing techniques for emerging wireless communication and sensor networks, as well as its experimental evaluation. The four partners come from highly visible academic and research organizations in Spain, having an outstanding score of international publications and research project experience. Individual members of the consortium have demonstrated excellence in their respective areas over the past years being known worldwide.
